supplier.io collects a limited amount of personal information on this website to enable small and diverse businesses to more easily apply to become suppliers to Participating Companies to enable them to connect and collaborate with others on potential opportunities and to allow them to gain access to training and development-related tools to contribute to their business growth.

This Statement discloses the information practices for the supplierone.co website, including what type of information is gathered on this site, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

This Statement applies to the supplierone.co website only. It does not apply to Participating Companies' own websites.

Collection of Personal Information

When you register to use supplierone.co, we will collect basic information such as your name and e-mail address.

When you apply to become a supplier to one (or more) of our Participating Companies, you will be asked to give us core business and certification-related information relating to your organization and its employees, including information about yourself and others within your organization, that Participating Companies require for supplier consideration.

Use of Personal Information

We use the information you provide at the time of registration to give you access to restricted content and tools on supplierone.co, including supplier application forms, supplier.io's blog, and other content and tools of interest. This information will also be made available to the Participating Companies.

We use the information you provide as part of your supplier application to enable you to register as a potential supplier with our Participating Companies, and, in that regard, the information you provide is shared with the Participating Companies to whom you are applying.

For the small and diverse business enterprises that complete the universal application, the following data elements from the application will be visible to other small and diverse business suppliers that have completed applications: Company Name, Company Address (Address, City, State, Zip), Contact email, Telephone, Industry, Commodity (Good or Service provided), Federal vs Commercial marketplace, Diversity Certifications and Affiliations.

We may also use your information to communicate with you about training, development-related tools and other related content to assist you with capacity building and business growth.

In connection with our interactions on the supplier.io website, we may also contact you as part of our surveys or for research purposes.

We may also use information we collect about you to provide you with a personalized experience on our Web site, such as providing you with content in which you may be interested and making navigation on our site easier.

Rather, such content is subject to supplier.io’s Terms of Use. Please refer to them to better understand yours, supplierone.co Participating Companies', and other parties' rights and obligations with regard to such content. You should be aware that the content you post on any such social computing platforms may be made broadly available to others inside and outside supplierone.co and supplier.io.

To allow you to interact with other websites on which you may have accounts (such as Twitter, and other social media sites) or join supplier.io or others' communities on such sites, we may provide links or embed third-party applications that allow you to login, follow postings, post content or join communities from our website. Your use of these links and applications is subject to the third parties' privacy policies, and you should become familiar with the third party sites' privacy policies before using the links or applications. Participating Companies may in turn decide to share this information within their organizations and with their business partners or suppliers to enable you to become part of the Participating Companies' supply chains. The supplier.io and supplierone.co Participating Companies, and any other entity within these organizations who receive your information, will not use your information for sales or marketing purposes, and will not sell or lease such information. supplier.io may use your information offer you its products and services.

Likewise, you agree not to sell or lease any information you may receive you receive on supplierone.co and supplier.io.

supplier.io may transfer your information outside of the United States in support of its business objectives. Regardless of where your information is stored, accessed or otherwise processed, it will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement (or, by Participating Companies, in accordance with their respective privacy policies).

As mentioned above, we collect information from your visits to our Web site to help us gather statistics about our Web site usage and effectiveness, personalize your experience on our site, and tailor our interactions with you.
